To be successful as an admin assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Admin assistants must be comfortable with computers, and general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, admin assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Handling office tasks, such as filing and reordering supplies.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Maintain vendor listing
• Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders, Memo
• Inventory control
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Prior administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail.
• Multitasking
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Valid driver’s license
• 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲
